Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused pieces with original tags. Intimate / lounge items must keep the hygiene seal if present.

Start a return from order tracking or email hello@qingshe.store with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days of the warehouse receiving the parcel.

Sale items marked final sale cannot be returned. We do not cover return postage unless the piece is defective or incorrectly sent.
